The Steering Committee (SC) and Working Group (WG) have been formed since 2009 to manage the implementation of and
make decision on the realisation of the National Library of Timor-Leste.
This Expression of Interest (EOI) outlines Eni’s requirements for interested Design and Construct Contractor (D&C Contractor) that must provide a team with the necessary competency to undertake detail engineering design and construct the National Library of Timor-Leste, provide and install to the facility all required fit-out listed in the Scope of Work.
