    EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

    Carnarvon Petroleum Timor is a Timor-Leste oil and gas company located in Dili with its parent Company, Carnarvon Petroleum Ltd, located in Perth, Australia. Carnarvon Petroleum Timor was incorporated in Timor-Leste under the Production Sharing Contract TL-SO-T 19-14 effectively from 28th August 2019 after maritime treaty between Australia and Timor-Leste was ratified.

    Recognising the requirements under OPO Decree Law article 159 & 160, Carnarvon Petroleum Timor is seeking expression of interest for reputable, capable experienced service providers for the provision for the of drilling and other support services as detailed below.
