Autoridade Nacional do Petroleo e Minerais (ANPM) is Timor-Leste public institution, created under Decree Law No. 1/2016 of 9th February, 1st amendment of Decree-Law No. 20/2008 of 19th June, on the Autoridade Nacional do Petroleo, responsible of managing and regulating petroleum mining activities in Timor-Leste area, both offshore and onshore and in the Joint Petroleum Development Area (JPDA) in accordance with the Decree Law on the establisment of the ANPM, the Timor-Leste Petroleum Activities Law, the Timor Sea Treaty and the Mining Code. Currently ANPM is seeking two (2) qualified Timorese for position:

  1. Risk & Compliance Auditor – readvertise

The candidate selected for this position will assist the Single Auditor, by using various internal audit tools, investigation and analysis techniques, to ensure the ANPM’s financial, operational, and compliances system are administered and the execution of it is in accordance with the applicable legal frameworks , examining, evaluating and monitoring ANPM risk profiles and effectiveness and adequacy of internal controls established within the ANPM, and; assist management in achieving the set objectives in line with relevant ANPM Strategic Action Plan.

  1. Human Resource Officer

The candidate selected for this position will provide human resource management support and advice to directors, supervisors, and employees in the ANPM; develop and implement human resource management section of the management system; and assist the Manager T&HR to review ANPM policies and procedures to accommodate staffs issues and concerns.
