PUBLICATION OF NOTICE FOR RECRUITMENT OF

“PROJECT COORDINATOR” POSITION

SEPFOPE (Secretaria de Estado Para a Política da Formação Profissional e Emprego), through its coordination line, has been working together with ANPM (Autoridade Nacional do Petróleo e Minerais), with ConocoPhilips and with its joint ventures in Bayu-Undan project, in order to organize a vocational training program in the area of “Electrical and Instrumentation”, which will be facilitated through an institutional cooperation between Centro Nacional do Emprego e Formação Professional (CNEFP)-Tibar Centre and CEGELEC. This vocational training program, in the area of Electrical and Instrumentation, will be conducted in the facilities of CNEFP-Tibar Centre, which are located in Tibar, Liquiçá Municipality, and its implementation will take place during the year of 2017 until 2019. Therefore, this program is currently recruiting a “Project Coordinator”, in order to facilitate the implementation of the program for two (2) years, starting from 2017 until 2019. The criteria for the recruitment of a “Project Coordinator” are presented below:

1. Competencies (The candidate has to fulfill one out of the three options of criteria presented):
   • Completion of academic education at a university level or in an institution for advanced studies and professional experience of two (2) years in the area of “Project Management”, as Project Manager or “Team Leader”;
   • Completion of academic education at a university level or in an institution for advanced studies and professional experience of three (3) years in the area of “Project Management”, as Project Manager Assistant or “Team Leader” Assistant or Project Coordinator Assistant;
   • Completion of academic education at a secondary level and professional experience of eight (8) years in the area of “Project Management”, as Project Manager or “Team Leader” or “Project Coordinator”.
2. Knowledge of oral and written English;
3. Availability and willingness to work at the CNEFP-Tibar training centre, Tibar-Liquiçá.

The responsibilities for this position are as follows:

1. Coordinate the implementation of the vocational training program in the referred area, together with CNEFP-Tibar Centre and CEGELEC, in order to achieve the goals established in the implementation agreement for the referred program.
2. Coordinate the establishment of professional relations with the other main relevant entities (Private Sector, Civil Society and Government), together with CNEFP-Tibar Centre and CEGELEC, in order to support the implementation of the referred program.
3. Participate in meetings of the “Technical Work Group” or TWG for the referred project.
4. Prepare reports in English for submission to the TWG and to the Steering Committee of the referred Project.
