Announcement

Based on the Joint Dispatch issued on the 26th February 2014 by the two principal institutions, the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MPRM) and the Secretariat of State for Vocational Training and Employment Policy (SEPFOPE), ANP, now converted ANPM, have now completed a Draft Decree Law on Labour for the Extractive Activities, and will conduct of public consultations processes for a period of one month, starting Friday 4th of March to 3rd of April 2016 with all relevant stakeholders before its submission to the Council of Ministers for approval

The activities of Public Consultation will be carried out through a 2 (two) days’ workshop with relevant entities following:
– Companies and business entities operating in the area of Petroleum and Mineral, and
– Extractive Industry workers and the representatives from Government, National Parliament and civil society.
During this period of Public Consultation, the public in general have the opportunity to access to the draft Decree Law refere to provide inputs and feedback through website ANPM ( www.anp-tl.org ) or may obtain hard copy from SEPFOPE and ANPM office during working hours.
