DECLARATION OF COMPLETION 3D & 2D SEISMIC ACQUISITION IN CONTRACT AREA PSC TL-SO-22-23

Offshore Production Sharing Contract (PSC) TL-SO-22-23 which is operated by Eni Timor 22-23 B.V. and its Joint Venture (JV) partner TIMOR GAP PSC TL-SO-22-23 Unipessoal Limitada, have just completed 3D and 2D Seismic data acquisition in their contract area. The 3D and 2D Seismic acquisition are part of the PSC minimum work commitment and approved 2026 Work Program with total coverage of 3D survey is around 1,500 Square kilometers and 50-line kilometers for 2D.

The Autoridade Nacional do Petróleo (ANP) upon assessing all the required documents for seismic acquisition, issued an approval for the acquisition of 3D and 2D Seismic data on 19th March 2026. By the first week of June 2026, Eni has successfully concluded a full fold line of 1,535 square kilometers for 3D seismic data, and 60-line kilometers for 2D seismic data, which are beyond the approved minimum work commitment.

Moreover, the survey was conducted in accordance with the approved health, safety and environmental regulatory documents. It was concluded without any major accidents events, except that an illegal fishing vessel was identified, and fishing aggregating devices (FADs) were found and obtained on board the vessel; however, all these FADs were not anchored in place; due to this fact, they were considered as a marine debris during seismic operations.

Upon the completion of the 3D Seismic acquisition, Eni will carry out processing and interpretation of the 3D and 2D Seismic data and finally drilling one exploration well in 2027.
