On Wednesday, 26 March 2025; The President of Autoridade Nacional do Petroleo-ANP,I.P., Gualdino da Carmo da Silva and the President of Autoridade Nacional dos Minerais-ANM, I.P., Rafael Danilson de Araujo, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on the cooperation for drafting the Decree-Law for Employment in Extractive Industry. The aim of this MoU is to create a working group for managing and coordinating the entire process associated with the developing a draft Decree-Law.
