ConocoPhillips, in collaboration with the Government of Timor-Leste through the Secretary of State for Vocational Training and Employment (SEFOPE), and National Petroleum and Mineral Authority (ANPM) and in partnership with Actemium Oil and Gas and National Training Centre for Professional Training and Employment (CNEFP), is commencing the 2019 Electrical & Instrumentation Skills Vocational Training Program.
